How to make boiled noodles fast
Noodles are everybody’s favourite these days. Not only kids and students
but also middle aged and old people prefer noodles nowadays.
Previously, we used to have beaten rice in our breakfast or whenever we
were hungry and didn’t feel like having a regular
food, but beaten rice has been supplanted by noodles now. The noodles
culture is growing at a very fast pace in India and outside India it’s
quite familiar one. So, if you’re new to making noodles for your kids
and you have no idea as to how people make it, here is how you should make it. Remember like rice noodle size also increases after they have been boiled so if you take 50 gm of raw noodles, the average weight of noodles after boiling will be 150 gm, so you have to take care as to how much you are required to make. You can make boiled noodles in no time.
Ingredients for boiling noodles:
1. Two cups raw noodles
2. Four cups water
3. ½ Teaspoon salt

Ingredients for sauting noodles:
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon oil
Procedure to make boiled noodles:
1. Place pan on fire
2. Add water and salt, when it boils, add noodles and boil for two to three minutes. Remove the pan from fire
3. Strain in strainer and rinse under cold water
4. Spread on towel and set aside for eight to ten minutes
5. For sauting noodles, heat oil in saucepan
6. Add noodles and saute for few seconds and remove. This will prevent noodles from sticking to each other
7. Use as required.
